Resumé Briefing, Accomplishments

I am a current student at the North Hills School as a Senior, class of 2013. I look forward to being on-track to attend college in the fall of 2013, and I am also on-track to earn my IB diploma through the International Baccalaureate program in addition to AP class taken in my Junior year. I am a member of the National Honor Society, have earned awards based on academic merit, and also scholarship based on my successful participation and titles earned (Nevada State Beauty Winner 2011-2012) in the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant.

Involvement in sports has been very important to me as I have enjoyed a thorough high school experience. With participation in the Junior Varsity divisions of both the basketball and volleyball teams, and the Varsity division of the swimming team (2010-2011), I have expressed school pride by my dedication to practices, games, meets, and teamwork. In addition to high-school sponsored sports, I recreationally have enjoyed Tae-Kwon-Do classes, introductory level tumbling (floor gymnastics), snowboarding, hiking, and yoga instruction.

My volunteering and activity in the City of Irving and Coppell communities are extensive in the terms that I have been an active citizen since middle school in organizations like the DFW Humane Society and the Irving Municipal Teen Court program. During the summers my volunteer work included working with the activity center of Diamond Resorts International as a part of the staff (2008-2012) without salary. With my certification in SERT (Student Emergency Response Training), CPR, and First Aid, I have recently applied to the City of Coppell with a current resumé for a swimming instructor position at the Coppell Aquatic Center.

My academic, athletic, and communal journeys have begun to coincide to meet the ultimate goal of getting admitted to a well-rounded college that truly is a "fit-match" for me. By the merit and accomplishments as a testimony of who I am, I look forward to being in contact with several admissions counselors and institutions that are willing to work together to make a necessary education possible for a hard-working candidate.
